Shipping + Returns

We hope you love your purchase!  If you are not completely satisfied, please contact info@skft.ca.

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days and you should receive an email with your tracking number.

Flat rate shipping is $15 in Saskatchewan or FREE with purchases over $115.  

If you live in Saskatoon, you have the option of picking up your order at Fitness Focus (1250 Ontario Avenue). Please choose this option at check out.  

If you live in Regina, we are currently looking at alternative collaborations and will update accordingly. For now, please take advantage of our FREE shipping on orders over $115. 

Out of province flat rate shipping is $20. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time (but can attempt to accommodate with the most appropriate and economical methods.)

If an exchange is needed (wrong size, color, item,) it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back to SKFT and to cover the costs to have the item sent back. 

If an exchange is needed due to a defective product, the item(s) will need to be sent back to SKFT. SKFT will cover the cost to ship the replacement item back. 

If an item has been tampered with, misused/abused, or if the care instructions on the product were not followed, there will be no refund or exchange option available. 

**Service fees incurred from any transaction will be solely the customers responsibility**
